The beauty of waves has drawn many to the edge of the sea, to watch as the energy gathered over a long ocean journey focuses into an explosion of water. To be inside a wave and see the form, the colors, the light, and feel the surging power of the ocean, is something most will never experience firsthand. With this collection of photos, the photographer wanted to show the beauty and power of waves as seen from in the water and inside the breaking swell.
